It’s ok. It’s just I haven’t talked to my ex in four months and it’d feel really awkward talking to him again. I would tell my friends but they’re the only people I have in the school. If I loose them, I have no one. At my school, one joke gets made about you and suddenly the whole school knows and they constantly remind you of it.

I also would see a therapist and ask my parents too but I don’t think they’d take the information well, especially my dad. I would ask school but my school is awful at helping with depression, anxiety and problems. They usually just make it worse. That was the main reason my best friend moved
