and yeah picky eating can be really bad, like i have some really weird eating habits that help me eat vegetables without tasting them😂

weird thing i do: i HAAATE plain white milk so i will drink it while i have food in my mouth🤮so i don't taste it (but it's usually sweet foods like muffins so it doesn't taste too bad but it's an awful habit)

the only veggie i take on my sandwiches are lettuce and or spinach bc they're flavorless😂

you telling me that gave me an awful flashback of when the same thing happened to me. my parents promised me a loonie (canadian dollar coin) if i drank a whole glass of milk in five minutes... but they didn't say it was white milk bleh
