I have a type of anxiety idk what tho lol it makes me shiver when I talk I corny of a large group of people even my family I don’t always see I can’t talk to them because I’m worried I’ll stuff up I hate it so much

I remember I was talking with a large group of friends that I’ve known for ages and I couldn’t get the words out

I do ballet, lyrical and creative. there aren’t exactly levels in my studio except that there specialist and non specialist I’m a specialist and that means I can have a job in dance 😁
