I am making collages while listening to songs that I love and just creating what I see or feel. This is for the song blue skies which is a very special song to me (continued in comments)
this really doesn’t have much to do with the song but more with the context in which I first heard it (and why it’s special to me) essentially the song is used in two ways years apart within the same universe. in the last movie of the ST:TNG saga my favorite character sings this song to congratulate his friends on being married. this character later dies in order to save all of his friends. this character had a daughter who was discovered by one of his friends 15 years later. she learns about the person her father was and all about him while learning about herself and this song is sung to remember him.
