So you know how in the books, because of Clary and Jace having extra angel blood, Clary can create runes and Jace can jump high? Well in the show, Clary can create runes and Jace can active runes without using a stele. So after Valentine stabbed him, couldn't he have activated a healing rune and he wouldn't have died in the first place?
