wowie fren I'm sorry this happened to you :(( please don't hate yourself fren and I know that's a stupid thing to say cuz it's way easier said than done I know I promise. look in the mirror fren and find ten things you like about yourself. don't immediately think that you can't find ten things and don't think about the things you don't like. focus on the things you do like. there's a video I saw on youtube of people standing in front of a one-way mirror and listing all the things they feel insecure about but on the other side of the mirror was a stranger listing the things they liked about that person and it was the same things the person was saying they didn't like and that really helped me fren. I've seen you before fren and you are nOt ugly and you are nOt fat okay? you are beautiful the way you are fren and I know that's really freaking cheesy but it's tRuE I promise. people don't judge you as hard as you think they do. they're too worried about how they look to worry about how you look. and anyway you shouldn't want to look like a model. they're stupid and close-minded and cold-hearted and all they care about is themselves. you're better than them fren and your heart is prettier than them.
