hey there! in answer to your question, I think if it tells you that you can’t collect the purple thing, the bg person (is it u?) goes to the “web image” option when they are making the bg, and types “aesthetic purple galaxy pngs” the png will show up.

Also, if you can’t collect the thing, it probably means you have no more space in your collected items folder (only fits up to 50 pngs)
