I'll rate this outfit a 2 on how easy it is to re create, maybe even a one if you have pieces similar to all of these that were included. The price is very low and even if you don't already own these, the top and skirt featured in this outfit are both only $9.99. I also have a DIY for the cat ears...

soon I'm making a collage over this but if you're reading this, you get a sneak peek! (the collage coming soon might be easier to follow because it will include pictures) you will need a black headband (not the stretchy kind the hard kind), black construction or scrap booking paper, and hot glue. cut triangle shapes (2) out of the paper and then lay them against the headband to find where the curve is for them to fit together. lastly just glue the triangle ears on where you want them placed.

I know that was pretty confusing but like I said the collage coming up will make a lot more sense.
