Just stay out of the drama in middle school it's not important or worth caring about. Just worry about your grades. Your friend group will most likely be completely different by the time your in 8th grade. I'm sorry that your friends already left you. 😔 Well, look at the bright side you get to interact and talk with new people and make new friends. The most important thing is to look presentable and approachable. What I mean by presentable is basically just having good hygiene like taking a shower the morning of school or the night before school, brushing your teeth and hair in the morning, wearing clean clothes, etc. What I mean by looking approachable is basically looking like a good person like smiling and looking confident in yourself. To start a conversation with someone you could say, "Hi, my name is (Your Name) how are you?" The most important thing to do is to ask open ended questions to the person your talking to because that will keep the conversation going. I hope this helps you.
