“Are you ready?” Serena asked Kaia. Kaia laughed, “No...” Cassia, Noah, and Matthew all went down to greet the new people.

“I know right,” Serena said, dropping her formality. She looked around, “There’s so many new people...”

“I highly doubt that...” Serena laughed. “Delphi, this is Kaia. She was the tournament winner,” Kaia looked uneasy. Serena purposely left out the lost princess part.

“Hey Delphi,” Kaia smiled. She acted less regally than Serena which was hard to beat. Cassia swam over to Sawyer, she laughed, “Hey, you must be new. I’m Cassia.” Cassia was not a mermaid or siren by the way.
