Leo frowned and looked out the window into the clear tinted water, watching the sun bounce off the waves and reflect back to the sea bed.
Harper sighed and leaned back onto her chair. They were getting close.
Tessa and Andrea looked out their windows. They were passing a very busy reef and they pressed their noses to the window to watch all the sea life.

Leo got ready and knocked on Luna’s hotel door, slightly nervous but mostly happy.

Luna heard the knock and quickly brushed the rest of her hair. She ran to the door and fumbled to unlock it. She hurriedly opened the door and said, “Hi!” while trying not to sound out of breath.

Leo smiled at Luna “Hello sleepyhead, wanna go out for brunch soon?” he asked, inviting himself into her room.

Leo laughed loudly and started swimming. “well, let’s do this!” he raced past her into the hall, down to his rental car.

“Hey, wait up!” Lunabelle yelled after him. She struggled at first but eventually managed to get off the bed, still wrapped in the sheet, and swam awkwardly after Leo.
Leo paused for a moment, letting Luna get close. as soon as she approached him he unwound himself and caught her in his sheet. “now you are my sheet burrito” he said with a silly grin on his face.

Lunabelle laughed. She wiggled her way out and caught Leo in the sheets. “No, you are MY sheet burrito.”

Leo held his hands up and laughed. “I’ve been caught!” his mind flashed back to the shipwreck, when his older sister had exclaimed the same thing when she was caught under debris. His smile faltered.

Lunabelle laughed with him but stopped when she noticed the change in Leo’s expression. She loosened her grip on the sheets and they fell out of her hands. “Is...everything alright?” she asked him slowly.
Leo nodded, not meeting Luna’s gaze. “yeah, I’m fine!” he said, trying to muster up some cheer. “anyways let’s go get some waffles” he said, shaking off the memory.

“Okay,” Lunabelle said. She stared at the sheets for a while and swam after Leo. She knew he wasn’t telling her something, but could sense that he didn’t want to talk about it.

Leo pulled Luna next to him and held her close as they swam to the car. “there’s a Waffle House nearby, wanna swim or drive?” he asked
(yeah but after they eat I am gonna go to sleep because I have a long day tomorrow and I need to wake up at 6)

Lunabelle thought about it for a moment. “Well, we are already next to your car, so...let’s drive there!” she replied.

“sounds good to me” LeO said, opening the door for Luna. “ladies first” he said, laughing lightly.

Leo smiled “my utmost pleasure” he replied, using an accent as well. he got in and drove there. bada book bada book.
