the other day we got home and I called her to let her outside and she couldn't come and I was like "it's ok , she can't hear well anymore" so I kept calling her and I looked all around the house and I was freaking out so much my ears were ringing and it took THAT LONG for my mom to say "I left her outside when we left"

I don't have anxiety problems and I only have one person's opinion that I've have a panic attack before but that's what it felt like i don't know what I'm gonna do when she gets too old
