agree. I had to face therapy for my anxiety disorder and for a loss of a loved one 3 years ago and it helped me in such a good way. mental health is important!

I agree. so many people at my school always are joking about depression. the truth is: not everyone IS depressed and not everyone WANTS to be depressed. I have had some anxiety/small depression issues in the past but I never joke about it because I would much rather not have it. but these days it’s like people want to have it or just say they do to fit in I guess.

but anyway it’s horrible. they aren’t things to be joked about
