I have an idea🤔💡 maybe you announce (along with the day) the time you are planing on doing it. if you don't have an exact time you could say 'starting between 1:00 and 1:30/2:00' for example. that way we can know around what time so we aren't busy or are prepared or whatever🙂just a thought hope it helps

also you would have to write which time zone your in so we can convert it to ours

or take a vote what time is best just some thoughts
