No, I'm sorry but you cannot go around killing people after birth. (I don't know why you'd want to though, as you wouldn't gain anything from killing me except a lengthy prison sentence.) However, if you choose to have a fetus surgically removed from your body, as bodily autonomy is a human right, I would be supportive of that. because what goes on inside of your body is none of my business.

have you considered after-birth abortions? it's when the child is killed right after birth. so yes, if it's okay for people to kill living beings outside the womb, it would be okay for me to kill you. but that isn't right, is it?

If by surgically removed, you mean having salt shoved into your body or KNIVES then yes. Very surgical. Some women are left to bleed to death from abortions.

There is a risk to any medical procedure. But giving birth is actually just as dangerous. And safety hazards are a big reason why abortions need to stay legal. Because without legal abortions, women would still get the procedure done, it would just be illegal and A LOT more dangerous.

Infanticide? Infants are human. once they are born, they are people. Once it is outside of the mother, and can survive without the mothers body, it's not okay.
