my biggest issue with the reboot was the fact that chandler was being played by a plus size actress

which normally I'd be all for

but in both the movie and the musical, Martha Dunnstock gets mocked for being fat and in the musical the Heathers repeatedly call her things like " pig" or " shamu"

also there's the whole thing with duke being bulimic

and they can't have a fat person bully another fat person for being fat so they'll probably have to remove Martha

also despite duke being nonbinary, they're played by a cis person

really McNamara is the only character I don't have any issues with since it's not too unbelievable for her to be popular while still being a lesbian

also the heathers were pretty by society's standards, McNamara is the only one who I can say looks genuinely beautiful

yeah if this weren't affiliated with heathers it'd probably be better

also why do duke and chandler both have short hair? I'm guessing they won't be including the scrunchie because of that but what would be the modern version of it?

aight I googled the actors for the reboot and honestly whoever is playing Veronica should've been a Heather ( same thing for Betty finn's actress)
