go to your settings and click on the Pic collage app within your settings and then see if it allows photos because sometimes it can switch off randomly. if that doesn't work you have to delete the app, turn off your wifi and restart your phone, after that you have to go into your settings turn on your wifi and download the app again. (this only works on apple things)
