just tell ur mum when u get ur period! she will understand! plus we r all here to help. I was scared to but when I did it was a sigh of relief!

also hormones are hard! I know. maybe use esential oils to help calm u, try to stay calm and have a positive attitude! that’s my best advice for u! it’s hard I know!!!

if u get ur period at dads work then just use toilet paper to make a pad (look at next post) and tell him if u really need because u should be able to trust him (I told my dad reluctantly). then he will know why u r mad from hormones...... u could make up an excuse as to why u MUST go home....
