the best thing to do is to not second guess what your about to say. Just say it, because it’s better than not talking at all. A lot of the time, we think that people care about what we look like, or sound like, or say. But in reality people could care less. Do just be you and say what you want to say. if it makes you feel more confident, then practice some conversations with a friend, sibling, or adult. also, if anyone doesn’t like you because of what you say (which never really happens) then they don’t deserve you. they’re missing out on soooo much❤️ I hope this helps!
