re: Yeah it was the same at my school. I don't remember how everyone learned about it but we just kind of all knew? I think I saw other kids drawing it but I have no idea where it originated from.

re: My mom's friend who has kids a few years older than me said that they worked great for her daughters, so we went to my doctor's for a normal check up and asked about taking them while we were there. He talked to us about it and gave me time to decide if I wanted to do it or not. We came back a few weeks or so later and he prescribed some for me to take, explained how often to take them and stuff like that. So I'd say just ask your doctor the next time you see them, or start by asking your parents if they would be okay with you taking the pills.
