these are some of my favorite signs from today!! the top left one is mine, it’s v simple but i wanted to have something and i didn’t have a lot of time. it was so amazing, when emma gonzales just stood there at the podium for 6 minutes and 20 seconds in silence, and nobody knew what to do, that feeling was the strongest thing i’ve ever felt. it felt like everyone was fully there, we were all so aware and i think that’s when we all kind of were like woah. bc what we were doing sunk in more than ever before.

one of my favorite moments was when miley cyrus sang the climb, i always thought of that song as so powerful but so under appreciated, and i’m really glad she performed :)
