hi! those circles are just these things • and I make some bigger than the other and then I just get a watercolour png ( making sure it is a transparent colour) then I draw on top of it with any colour of my choice! hope this helps! LUV UR ACC!💞

use the watercolour png then go to effects then draw over it with any colour you want! be sure not to use pale colours or the png will turn grey and have no colour💞hope this helps!🐽
