You are very brave to follow you own dreams and feelings, it's good you do it now before more time has passed. It will all work out in the end ❤❤❤
you should definitely stand up and do what you like to, boo. that’s the reicht decision. I know the pressure about not disappointing people, I have that situation too. like, when I have a bad grade for example (I’m still in school) then I feel like my parents will be disappointed because i‘ve always been good in school and I feel like there are high expectations about what grades i‘ll bring home. even if I myself am not ashamed because of the grade. but it‘s definitely right to lower that pressure from your family and speak against their opinion and their plan for you. because it’s YOUR life, not theirs. and you have to be happy about the choices you make. so if this work isn‘t fun to you, you should follow that feeling and quit, and decide for something else you‘d REALLY like to do. xx
are you going to post about the two options though? if not, tell me anyways :))
yeah, I’m so bad at telling my parents stuff
This kind of move takes integrity; I wish you the best.❤️
Awwwww good luck! You deserve to be happy, not just think you should be. I know it sounds cheesy, but follow your dreams! Wishing you many blessings xx
I'm sure you will find a major that really interests you, good luck 👍❤
wow it’s great that you were able to change your major when you realized that you didn’t like it. it takes a lot of courage to do something like that, but it’ll be worth it in the end, since you’ll be doing something that will make you happy!
i think architecture sounds really interesting, you should try to find out what exactly about it suits you, maybe you could try a stage(I think that’s how you call it, when you work in a certain place to find out what it’s like without getting paid and just for a short period of time) that has to do sth with architecture to find out if it‘s the right thing.
no actually my mother isn’t mad about bad grades but I feel like as i always come home with good grades she would be disappointed if it‘s bad. i know she probably isn’t but I still feel that pressure because I think the expectations are high.
