why? — you guys told me you wanted more serious talks so here’s one. maybe I lack understanding of complications, but is it really that complicated? or can we just agree to disagree and love?
agree 100%. I personally believe in God, I love Him, but I don’t go around trying to convince people to believe in the same thing I believe too. as I was saying to callie some time ago about politics, I don’t think it should be a top subject to talk about while trying to get to know someone. sometimes it just tears people apart and makes people give up on each other. and why? cause they have different ideas/religions. we’re in 2019, the man is literally about to go to mars and y’all worrying about what my religion is or what my ideas/beliefs are? that’s dumb

I totally agree, I believe and pray to God, but I don’t feel like to be religious you have to put down others and convert people
A priest once told me that my dad (who is Hindu) was “wrong” and “incorrect” for not believing in God and it was so irritating to me. Why would you put down someone for being faithful and loving but just to ANOTHER religion?!

and yes that makes sense! I do believe in god but I’m not catholic or Christian or etc. my dad was raised catholic too
