re// Nonono it’s okay! Some advice; find someone you can rant to. Thats always good to have. For me it’s my boyfriend. You’ll need to make sure that this person can help you and wont get mad at you. Another good thing is to have multiple coping mechanisms. I pop rubber bands, scratch my arms, draw, chew ice, drink tea/coffee, and spend lots of time with my furry and scaly friends. You need to accept the way you feel. The more you shut it inside, the worse it gets. It’s okay to cry. Sometimes crying is the best way to work out things. If none of this helps, then you’ll need to tell someone that your meds aren’t working.
re// Don’t do what I did. Cutting myself was a horrible thing and I regret it. It was very small, about the size of a paperclip, and not deep at all. Just on my ankle. It was a one time thing and I’m trying my hardest to keep my head up.
