SOMETHING IMPORTANT: when you eat after getting your braces tightened, DONT TAKE BITES. rip off pieces of your food and chew them with your back teeth.

it was okay within the first week for me

the third day will be better. the second day it hurts a little less. also yes^^^ do not. take. bites. that will only make it worse. don't rip pieces with your front teeth tho as that will put strain on them and the pressure will kill you, cut it up or rip it with your hands. it's a nuisance but it only lasts a few days

i had braces for 3 1/2 years, had to get surgery during that time, and i got my bottom and top braces at different times so i went through this hełl twice. it's okay and it will get better, i promise. also when you get them off your teeth will feel slimy from the glue, and they'll also look really big even tho they're not

uhm idk about that dude i mean braces are such a pain? Like i got at leas 3 surgeries and idk if you'll get surgeries (my teeth were super fυcced up man) but it'll get 100% after like a week

also eat soft stuff braces suck
