okay but i feel u man one time my dad showed up at my brother's graduation ceremony and he wouldn't fùcking go away and i couldn't cry bc i was around my grandparents and couldn't betray my anxiety so i cried myself to sleep that day

i know how it feels just try to stay as far away as possible, that's what i tried to do but then again, i'm no expert at this since he hUGGED ME AND HE LITERALLY HAS A RESTRAINING ORDER AGAINST ME AND MY BROTHER
