yuuko carefully pulled off her blindfold and put it in her pocket. she was careful not to look at anyone so she didn’t accidentally activate her quirk.

“well to be honest...I don’t really know. it’s an inherited quirk from my mothers side but I don’t know who she is or what the quirk is. all I know is that it has to do with time. like for example I can speed up or demolish and rebuild something”
“They’re pretty expensive too..” Cami says she then does a simple variation.
yuuko’s cheeks went red. “uh... i will once i get control over my quirk.” she replied.
Star ducks as a flame passes over head.
“hm...” hatsuke tapped his chin. “sounds pretty legit.”
“I should hope so since it is” star says with a laugh

Cami finished the variation mid way through her pointe shoes were kinda new and needed sewing.
“In fact, I don’t even feel I deserve to be at a school like this..” Stars gaze heads to the floor and a depressed expression floods over her face but quickly leaves
“Hm...Alright then. Sorry I’m asking all these questions I rarely meet people who aren’t obsessed with cucumbers.” Justin admits, “Not that it’s a bad thing.”

“and I can do other things like increase my speed by compressing most of it in one time so it really tries me out later”

“Well you did tell me yours,” Cami inhaled and exhaled. “My parents died in a fire along with a my sister Meghan. My brother and I are still alive but we’re ‘collected’ by this organization called the Childern’s League where we were sent to ‘élimante threats.’ About three years later the organization was taken down by the fbi.” Cami says she was staring at her feet.
“that’s ruff I’m sorry. if you don’t mind me asking where’s your brother?”
“I don’t.” Cami paused. “I don’t know he was a highly ranked in the organization so he might be in jail.” Cami says.
“also I wasn’t being completely honest.” star takes a deep breathe and steadies herself this was the first time she had told anyone the whole truth about her past. she felt like she could relate to someone for a change. “so ever since I was little I never knew my mom. Shoto was always there to protect me or he tried to because endeavor could get forceful. He locked me up for days at a time without food or water. my only company my lonely thoughts and nightmares. As much as Shoto tried, endeavor kept him busy and away from me. As a matter of fact, I hadn’t actually ever left the house up to the other day so all of this is new to me. and sometimes he would chain me up and just burn me for fun or to torment me and force shoto to watch. the worst part being he calls himself a hero and the world believes it.” stars fist raised from her side and formed into a fist. “that’s why I’m determined to get powerful enough to stop people like him. whether they call themselves hero’s or villains.”
“Woah,” Cami says. “Sorry about that it must have been rough.”
“I am sorry” Star says slowly “I don’t know how I would’ve survived all of these years without my brother so I can’t imagine it being for you.”
“once I graduate I will help you find your brother. I promise.” star said with a determined look on her face

Flair stifled a laugh, and smiled slightly. She crossed her arms over her sketchbook, “what are you up to?” flair asked, turning the conversation back to star, letting the subject about Midas fall.
“Baby?” Cami crosses her arms.
Chad looked at her blankly. “You’ve never heard that expression? It doesn’t MEAN anything!” He patted his duck. “Chester knows that.”
“People normally call me Cami,” Cami bites her lip.
“I was just going around and talking to people seeing as there’s not much else to do. plus it’s a good way to get to know each other better because we’re classmates and all”

“Why wouldn’t I want to hear that?” Cami laughed, “No need to feel uncomfortable around me silly,” Cami hands him a handkerchief.
Chad shrugged and took the handkerchief. “I didn’t know what you’d think. Or say. Thank you, by the way.” He raised the handkerchief and wiped the carrot off. “I’m never sure whether I should eat these or...” he examined the carrot and stuffed it in his pocket.
“Thank you for the compliments, I think your quite handsome yourself.” Cami grinned.
Chad jumped and handed her the handkerchief. “Oh my lord! That’s the most surprising piece of information I’ve ever gotten! Thank you!”
“Keep the handkerchief,” Cami pressed it into his hands. “Really? I would think you would get compliments like that.” Cami says.
Chad grinned. “I have heard it sometimes, but not to my face.” He took the handkerchief and put it in his pocket. “Thanks.”

Chad smiled. “I... guess?” He looked at her. “I’m sure people like you too.”
“Possibly at this school,” Cami shrugs. “I highly doubt it, people sometimes avoid me because they don’t want me tapping into they’re thoughts.” Cami sighed.
Chad nodded. “I see. Well, I like you so...” He shrugged. “you’re cool!” He picked up another duck. “I will name this one Cheryl. I think Cheryl is Chester’s sister.”
