Okay, I'm gonna give you a whole list haha, don't know if you've read any of it or even like them, but I hope there's something you like in there :)
For fantasy I honestly love everything by Cassandra clare and Leigh bardugo. A court of thorns and roses by Sarah J Maas is also really good (does have mature scenes). I really liked the lunar chronicles by Marissa Meyer and the siren by Kiera Cass. I don't read a lot of mystery stuff, but here are some I enjoyed: 13 minutes - Sarah Pinborough, into the water - Paula Hawkins, last seen leaving - Caleb Roehrig and I'm gonna add quicksand by Malin Persson Giolito even though it's not really mystery but a thriller haha, but I really liked it.
