@caption wow dude... do you have time to record what you couldn't record the first time? If not I would write down whatever you can remember of what your dad said, and turn that in/present that. Explain to your teacher why you don't have the other half of the recording. They'll probably appreciate that you at least tried to make up for what you didn't get on the voice memo. Hopefully your teacher gives you at least partial credit for that. Good luck!
