i cant hold the handstand properly thats the only trick i can not do.Can you teach me?❤️
yeah sure!
try doing handstands against the wall for a bit and make sure your back doesn't arch to much. You can also get someone to hold you in a handstand and press down on your stomach so your back doesn't arch. Lastly you can practice your strength like doing planks and leg lifts ect. if you want to hold your handstand for longer like I said practice your strength and just keep trying.
