The Doctor loves Coldplay, and Rose heard him humming A Sky Full of Stars to himself when they were still traveling together. She hadn't heard the song before, so she asked him about it. He felt a little flustered (you've heard it before..), and told her it was about space junk. She wanted to hear it, so he sang it in Gallifreyan so she wouldn't hear the lyrics. But she understood him perfectly, thanks to the TARDIS. She kissed him on the cheek and sang the part of the song that stuck with her the most: "'Cause in a sky, 'cause in a sky full of stars I think I see you."
