Hey sweetie!!! I’m a soccer girl too, but I also do cross country and this year was my first year doing track. It’s so much fun and a great way to get better at running in soccer! I don’t sprint- I run quarter distances (400 and 800) which I highly recommend- but sprinting is great for soccer and most of my soccer friends do it! Good luck
