re: I am close to people with real anxiety and depression disorders, and I know I don't have one. What I go through is not on that same scale. But it's still hard when you can't believe what you know is true because you can't get your brain to shut up.

Also, I really appreciate that. It's just hard because my parents are short on money, and my stepmom blames me for part of it because they pay for my private school tuition because I was miserable during my one year at public school. So half the time I feel like I'm just a financial burden, and I feel irrationally guilty for everything I do... :/
