excuse me but that is inaccurate ☺️ some Christians thinks that but so do atheists plenty of Christians support lgbtq like myself and several friends :)
hey I had to go but just wanted to say... I am Christian, and lgbtq. it is not easy. my parents are homophobic. but someone can be non-supportive in any religion, including atheism. Christianity is not about going to church and being a good little fool so you can go to heaven. most people think that, but it’s not true. Christianity is about the fact that Jesus died on a cross so that we, people who are broken and messed up, could have a relationship with God. (not like a romantic relationship like a friendship, or rather family) because God loves us. so that’s what Christianity is. and I understand if you don’t believe these things, I would never want to force my religion on someone, I just wanted to help you understand a bit more. that school was probably very conservative, but like I said, I know plenty of good Christian people that still believe that it’s ok to be lgbt. wishing you a lovely day ☺️
