I’m sorry but right now PicCollage won’t let me cut, edit, duplicate or do anything to a photo. it won’t let me change the background and it glitches out

so this is supposed to be good but I can’t even let the image be the background. right now PicCollage won’t let me make collages so. I’m sorry if you had to read all this but as you can tell I’m annoyed
