Also, periods can be pretty irregular sometimes, like one of my friends didn't have hers for about 2 months and then it came back. Are you taking any medication for anything? Coz some medicine might make you loose weight

When I'm stressed, sometimes I take a nice, long shower, and when I used to have long hair, I braided it. Colouring in also helps, and maybe exercising, like just bouncing a ball or something. Maybe listen to some music as well❤️

Are you allowed to pluck your eyebrows? Because instead of cut ting, you could pluck them instead. It hurts enough to take away the anger, and doesn't scar or count as self harm❤️Plus, it won't damage your body✨
